چکیده
The evaluation of the embryonic root and stem bread wheat (Triticum aestivum L.) in early stage development (seedling stage) can be a powerful tool breeding aimed at obtaining progenies with greater vigour. It is revealed that genotypes faster vigour have produced higher biomass grain yield. In this study, traits 101 was preformed 10-day old seedlings. following eight morphological roots stems were analysed: primary length, branching interval, number roots, total length lateral angle seminal dry weight weight. Analysed included roots. greatest, i.e. smallest variability observed detected respectively. highest positive correlation determined between cluster analysis, based on traits, shows clearly divided into two main clusters, A B. clusters essentially differed from each other values traits: weight, length. Genotypes shorter lower grouped On hand, encompassed these above or around average. remaining analysed interval varied greatly obtained clusters. analysis showed homogeneity originating Serbia region; their mostly below However,

Stability of breadmaking quality of four Croatian bread winter wheat cultivars was investigated using rheological traits from the farinogram (dough development time, stability, degree of soening, water absorption, Hankoczy quality number) and the extensogram (extensibility, maximum resistance, ratio of resistance to extensibility, energy) and the indirect traits (protein content, wet gluten co...

this experiment was conducted to evaluate the effects of salt stress on some agro-physiological traits in ten varieties of bread (triticum aestivum l.) and durum (triticum turgidum l.) wheats in seedling stage. a greenhouse experiment was carried out as a split plot experiment based on a completely randomized design with four replications in hydroponic condition. different agronomic and physiol...
متن کاملPhenotyping, association analysis and annotation of genes related to leaf wilting of bread wheat (Triticum aestivum L.) at the seedling stage under drought stress conditions
Rapid screening of plant germplasm in the early stages of growth and determining the genetic basis of wheat leaf wilting index at the seedling stage is necessary for wheat breeding programs. In the present research, leaf wilting index for 290 Iranian bread wheat genotypes, including; 90 cultivars and 200 landraces were studied under drought stress conditions at the seedling stage in 2021 in res...
متن کاملDiallel analysis of some important Morpho-Phenological traits in bread Wheat (Triticum aestivum L.) crosses
Wheat (Triticum aestivum L.) is the most important food crop. It offers a great wealth of material for genetic studies due to its wide ecological distribution. The effects of GCA and SCA of morpho-phenological traits i.e. days to emergence, days to flowering, days to maturity, flag leaf length, grain filling duration, spike weight per plant, stem weight and grain yield were studied uti...
